What to Expect
Booking a session
Visit our contact page or contact us via email to book a session or enquire about consultations and treatments. A member of The Children’s Therapy team will get back to you for an initial discussion about your child and their requirements.
1
Initial Consultation
Your first session will be an initial consultation, consisting of a full assessment, treatment and treatment plan, and will last about 90 minutes. This is necessary in order to gain a good understanding of your child's needs and give advice on future treatments.
2
Follow-up Sessions
Once a treatment plan has been started it is good practice to review this regularly. The frequency of your child's follow up sessions will vary depending on their needs. Your therapist will discuss this initial consultation with you.
3
Frequency and Duration
This will vary depending on age, condition and your availability. Our follow up sessions are 60 mins, but these are flexible and arranged at the comfort and convenience of your own schedule.
